Policies and Information

  • We use USPS flat rate Priority Mail for all shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped via FedEx or UPS, please notify us via email and we will work out shipping for you, but there will be a shipping/handling charge for this service.
  • USPS Priority Mail is typically a very reliable service. However, there will be times that packages will not be delivered because they have either been misdelivered or they have been stolen, so please BE AWARE OF THE LOCATION IN WHICH YOUR PACKAGE IS BEING SENT. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, yet you claim you did not receive it, we are unable to file a claim with the USPS. Due to this, we are UNABLE to refund or replace your purchase. If you have ANY concerns about your delivery, please contact us and we can send your package with a signature required delivery, however, this will incur a fee that will be invoiced via PayPal and your package will not ship until this fee is paid. 
  • We are more than happy to send to our military service members and their family via APO/FPO addresses
  • We do not accept returns on ANY bath or body product, however, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you to come up with a solution. 
  • We strive to provide the best customer service as possible, but without your feedback, we will not know if we are meeting your needs or not, so please be sure and reach out to us if you are not completely satisfied. Also, let us know if you are satisfied or what we can do to better serve our customers.
